Pollution is usually caused by improper use and poor usage environment, and it can also cause torque and noise problems. The failure of micro bearings caused by environment and pollution can be prevented, and the cause of such failure can be determined through simple visual observation. As long as the use and installation are reasonable, the erosion of micro bearings can be easily avoided. The characteristic of erosion is the presence of indentations on the raceway of micro bearing rings caused by impact loads or incorrect installation. Erosion usually occurs when the load exceeds the yield limit of the material. If the installation is incorrect and a load crosses the micro bearing ring, it will also cause erosion. The pressure pits on the micro bearing ring can also generate noise, vibration, and additional torque.

1. The grease filling method, also known as the grease filling method, is the most commonly used method of grease lubrication, which involves regularly adding an appropriate amount of lubricating grease to the working surface of the bearing.

2. The oil cup method is to install a screw cap or pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, and periodically rotate the screw cap or inject grease with an oil gun. This is also a commonly used method of grease lubrication.

3. Pressure grease supply method relies on a grease pump to supply grease. At this time, lubricating grease with good fluidity should be selected.

4. Centralized grease supply method, which supplies grease to various deep groove ball bearings and other components simultaneously through a grease pump. Similarly, at this time, lubricating grease with good flowability, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance should be selected, which is also a pressure grease supply method.
